A STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN COMMUNICATION, MOTIVATION AND LEADERSHIP STYLES TOWARDS EMPLOYEE JOB PERFORMANCE
The present study aims to investigate the relationship between communication, leadership styles, motivation towards employee job performance among Faculty Engineering, University Malaya. The research was designed by using quantitative approach and survey was conducted between 6th February until 10th March, 2016 in UM. Besides, 328 questionnaires were collected to analyze the data. Results indicate that a positive and significant relationship found between communication, motivation and leadership styles towards employee job performance. Besides, results indicated resistant to change moderate between communication, motivation and leadership styles showed significant relationship. Practical implication of this study of communication, motivation, leadership styles able to contributes to the Faculty Engineering staff, UM to maintain their job performance.
