A total of 186 questionnaire were distributed to participants who had agreed to participate in this study. However, only 105 questionnaire were usable for further analyses. Hypotheses for direct effect were tested using multiple regression analyses. results showed that two of variable tested in this study, namely mutual recirocity and altruism were significantly positively associated with knowledge sharing. Another one variable which is trust was not significant with knowledge sharing. Implications of the findings, limitations, and directions for future research are discussed in this dissertation.
