This study examined the relationship between employee work-attitude and the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at the Jerantut District Council (JDC). The sample size of this study involved 73 civil servants working in Jerantut District Council in Jerantut Pahang. A self-administered questionnaire was employed and distributed to them for the purpose. Of the questionnaires, (49%) were returned, considered valid and analyzed. The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS version 18.0. The results of the survey revealed that there found a small but significant relationship (r= 0.227 , p< 0.05) between employee work-attitudes and the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) among the civil servants serving the Jerantut District Council in Jerantut Pahang. As a conclusion employee work-attitude in term of Job satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Job Involvement is not the key for the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
