e-Government service is the term created for the service done through the usage of Information Communication technologies (ICT). It uses the various ICT technologies in order to conduct services and functions. Example of ICT technologies utilized in e-Government service includes the computer and the Internet. Through dedicated online servers, government functions can deliver their service electronically. This research is about identifying the factors influencing peoples’ intention to use e-Government service among people in Shah Alam. The objective of this research is to to discover the factor influencing peoples’ intention to use e-Government service, to determine the relationship between perceived usefulness and intention to use e-Government service, to investigate the relationship between perceived ease of use and intention to use e-Government service, to examine the relationship between trust and intention to use e-Government service and to establish the most influential factor of intention to use e-Government service. A questionnaire survey was distributed to 300 respondents that consist of the users of e-Government service. This study revealed that the most influential factor of people’s intention to use e-Government service is perceived usefulness. Therefore, several recommendations are provided in order to improve the intention of people to use e-Government service.
