In the last few years we have witnesses a substantial growth of the e-government services including LHDNM. One of the key challenges of the LHDNM online services is the user satisfaction on how they manage information quality, system quality, web design quality and service quality, which holds a significant importance to user satisfaction. LHDNM introduced the Self-Assessment System (SAS) in 2004 for individual taxpayers. While STAMPS was introduce in 2009. STAMPS after seven years of its implementation (2009 to 2015) in Malaysia, the user number keep increasing. The purpose of this research was to gain an understanding of the elements that affect user satisfaction in STAMPS from user perspective. Based on a detailed literature review, a frame of reference was developed. A quantative survey was conducted to support the result obtained from the study. This study evaluate the level of user satisfaction towards Stamps Assessment and Payment System (STAMPS). Identify factors that contributes to user satisfaction on the usage of STAMPS and analyse the factors most influence the usage of Stamp Assessment and Payment System (STAMPS). The study examines factors that might influence user satisfaction based upon the theoretical framework of Delone and Mclean IS Success Model .The survey was conducted on 96 sets of questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to the users of STAMPS in LHDNM Shah Alam Branch in 2015 and shows that respondents have a high level of satisfaction to use STAMPS. Since the LHDNM is currently promoting the use of STAMPS, the results may assist the LHDNM to plan a more effective strategy to improve STAMPS, to increase usage among new user for STAMPS. In the last chapter finding and conclusions were drawn by answering the research questions. Most of the item shown to have a strong impact on user satisfaction.
