This study examines a study on the HRMIS adoption. there are several key factors that been tested in order to measure the impact on the successful adoption of Human Resource Management Information System among the selected school teacher at Machang districts. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, there was three critical factors was been examined which are computer literacy, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Attitude become mediates effect for all the factors that been tested on the user adoption of HRMIS. The research model was applied to collect the data from questionnaire that need to be answered by 297 user of the HRMIS especially the schools teachers at 10 primary schools and 10 secondary schools in Machang districts. The questionnaires was the primary sources of the data that been collected to measure the user adoption of HRMIS. Based on the paper based sample, the response rate was about 100%. In addition, the results were examined by using the Statistical Package for Social Software (SPSS). The finding indicated that all the independent variable (computer literacy, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use) have a positive and significant relationship on the user adoption of HRMIS. Furthermore, the finding were been evaluated by using the multiple regression analysis that explained that Perceived ease of use was the influential factor for the user adoption of HRMIS most. Attitude been used to test the mediating effect and shown a direct effect to all the variable on the user adoption of HRMIS. Depending on the research’s findings; the researchers suggested a set of recommendations for better adoption of HRMIS among selected schools teacher at Machang districts
