Personality traits of employees influence their job performance as a previous researcher stated. Personality traits of employees such as conscientiousness and agreeableness effect job performance of employees instead of other factors. Personality traits of employees determine their level of performance. The study identifies relationship among conscientiousness and agreeableness with an employee's performance. The study also identifies whether the gender moderate relationship between conscientiousness, agreeableness with job performance. A random sampling of 72 employees at Municipal Council of Kota Bharu (MPKB) in six departments were distributed questionnaire on personality traits and level of job performance. The level of job performance at MPKB is moderate. the study identifies personality traits has influence job performance of employees.
