This study focusing on the relationship between job rotation practices on employee's motivation and employee's commitment at LPPKN. It used quantitative method, in which questionnaire was given to the respondent to get their views on the study. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed to the employees and 90 percent of questionnaire were returned and usable for further analysis. This study used SPSS to analyze the data. The study found that job rotation has significant effect on motivation and commitment but 57.1 percent of respondents disagree LPPKN has implemented effective job rotation system.
