This study aims to investigate the factors whih can contribute to the utilization of online transaction in federal government level. This research focused on the Putrajaya responsible centres in Putrajaya which cover the high percentage of usage of electronic procurement system.. This study is based on cross-analysis research design a total of 156 respondents have been obtained from 24 ministeries. The result from the study revealed that all the variables selected for the study are significant to the utilization of online transaction. However, the most significant factor towards online transaction is the process of the electronic procurement itself.
