This study is about Malay Community participation in politic, a case study in Parliament Indera Mahkota, Pahang. My research covered on the factors which affect the voting behavior among the Malay community in Parliament Indera Mahkota, Pahang. Beside that my study also related to analyse the level of political participation of the Malay Community with particular reference to the 12th General Elections held in 2008. Data have been collected from the voters in Parliament Indera Mahkota which consist of two Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN or State Assembly Seat) consisting of DUN Semambu and DUN Beserah. A purposive sampling of 522 respondent from six ballot unit such as Cherating, Kampung Beserah, Balok Baru, RTP Bukit Goh, Kampung Padang and Indera mahkota AA. This study will look at their involvement in politics and their understanding of the political system in Malaysia.
