Work life balance is important to employee where it lead to organizational commitment. The present study examined the relationship between worklife balance and organizational commitment with three dimensions of work life balance which are work interference with personal life, personal life interference with work and work or personal life enhancement. Data were collected from 80 employees of Serba Dinamik by means of questionnaires. Correlation and multiple regression analysis of the collected data demonstrated that while one of the dimensions of work life balance namely, work interference with personal life acted as most significant positive predictor of organizational commitment. Another dimension of worklife is work or personal life enhancement showed significant negative correlation with organizational commitment. The third dimension of worklife balance personal life interference with work showed non correlation and not significance to the organizational commitment. This study concluded with recommendation to organization in improving practising worklife balance that indirectly give positive impact to employee in give their full commitment to organization.
