This study tries to determine factors predicting absenteeism and to identify the relationship between each factors in work structural characteristics (Staggered Working Hours) SWH and job level and work psychological characteristics (job satisfaction, work role conflict and heavy workload with absenteeism. The study was conducted among 90 respondents in MDI Selangor. In this study, the convenient sampling method was used. The study revealed that there was a significant positive relationship between SWH and employees absenteeism. On the other hand, this study also finds that there was a significant but negative relationship between work role conflict and employees absenteeism.
