In this study, researcher focus on the job performance among the staff in Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah (IPD), Seksyen 9, Shah Alam whereby the researcher want to identify the relationships between organizational culture, leadership style as well as performance management towards employees’ job performance. Besides that, researcher also want to identify whether the age moderate the relationship of organizational culture, leadership style and performance management towards employees’ job performance. For the purpose of this study, researcher has selected IPD, Seksyen 9, Shah Alam. The total number of respondents in IPD, Seksyen 9, Shah Alam are 161 and researcher has decided to use for the total population sampling technique. In order to achieve the objective in this study, researcher also has conducted several test in order to measure for the relationship between independent variables towards dependent variable such as Pearson correlation. In addition, researcher also has used for the analysis of variance (ANOVA) test in order to identify the moderating effect of age towards independent variables. Based on the findings in this study, researcher has identified that all three components which are organizational culture, leadership style and performance management have a significant relationship with employees’ job performance. However, based on the Analysis of Variance Test (ANOVA) test, researcher has identified that age doesn’t moderate on the relationship of all the three components towards employees’ job performance.
