The study is focused on the study of quality of e-service in Shah Alam City Council. The study is to identify the SERVQUAL quality dimension that influence the quality of e-service in Shah Alam City Council from citizen perspective. This study has been conducted in Shah Alam, Selangor which was focused on individual to get the findings as unit of analysis. This study is one of the courses of study for the researcher for completing her study in Executive of Administrative Science at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Shah Alam.
