A research study had been conducted in order to determine the level of importance amongst employability skills indicators by Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) consists of Communication competency, Information Management competency, Critical-Thinking and Problem-Solving competency, Team-Working competency and Entrepreneurial competency. A questionnaire was designed for industrial supervisors that supervise practical students of UiTM Seremban 3 in their industrial attachment. This study uses quantitative descriptive method. In order to get a validation and accuracy of the information, the data of this study was collected through questionnaires with stratified random sample of 100 industrial supervisors randomly distributed to the organizations and departments in which practical students has been placed for industrial attachment. This study provides importance of five employability skills determined by ministry. The importance of employability skills was measured using five point Likert scale. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 212 organizations in which practical students have undergone their industrial attachment in 2014/2015. The sampling methods used were stratified randomly distributed questionnaires and electronic mail data collection method. One Way Anova and Independent Sample T-test also was used to obtain if there any significance difference between organization sectors, designation level of industrial supervisors and years of working experiences towards five employability skills. The result shows that the industrial supervisors put high level of interests in these five employability skills as must have skills for practical students. Entrepreneurial competency has been determined had significant difference between designation level of industrial supervisors and their years of working experiences.
