Job satisfaction is one of the most important human resources related outcomes. This study identifies the types of the existing Inland Revenue Board Malaysia (IRBM) Managers leadership style Shah Alam branch and its relationship with employees job satisfaction from the view point of its employees. One hundred questionnaire have been distributed t a stratified systematic sample of the employees in the IRBM Shah Alam. Only 50% questionnaires was filled and returned. The results showed a strong positive relationship between democratic leadership style and employees job satisfaction, a slightly weak positive relationship between autocratic leadership style, and a strong negative relationship between the laissez fair leadership style and employees job satisfaction.
