This study focuses on understanding employee acceptance of Provident Fund System (PFS) in Employees Provident Fund (EPF). In the year 2007, EPF introduced a new core system called PFS, which replaced the old one. The study sets out to ascertain the level of employees acceptance of the new system in their daily work process. Three factors namely Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and technology complexity were identified as the IV and employees acceptance of PFS as the DV in this study.A quantitative survey using questionnaire were distributed to 170 respondents comprising executives and non executives from three departments of the EPF in Jalan Gasing.
