School Based In Service Training (LDP) is one of the most important component in educational organization as it assist teachers to master new knowledge, skills and ideas. This study test the quality of ‘training’, ‘facilitator’ who give the training and ‘training module’ are the main variable that influence the quality LDP and contribute for the improvement of teachers’ efficacy. This study will also test the ‘teaching experience’ of teachers in influencing the efficacy from the implementation of school based in service training. The scopes of the study are among primary School teachers in Maran, Pahang. This study is to determine the level of teachers’ efficacy, to determine the level of quality of School Based In Service Training and to determine the relationship between the ‘training’, ‘facilitator’ and ‘training module’ of School Based In Service Training and the level of teachers’ efficacy. It is also determine the relation of ‘teaching experience’ as a mediating effect between the quality of School Based ‘In Service Training’ (LDP) and the level of teachers’ efficacy. The results of the study show the level of teachers’ efficacy and the level of quality is high. There are also significant relationship between ‘training’, ‘facilitator’ and ‘training module’ with teachers’ efficacy. The mediation analysis conducted also showed a mediation effect of teaching experience between School Based LDP and teachers’ efficacy.
