This study focuses on level of student's satisfaction towards the enhancing supplementary services offered by the National Defence University of Malaysia (UPNM), Sungai Besi Camp, Kuala Lumpur. The four major factors of enhancing supplementary services were identified which is consultation,hospitality, safekeeping, and exceptions. A number of 217 students as respondents were selected from four programmes, namely Human Resource Management, Strategic Studies, Computer Science ( Security System) and Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence). The factor of consultation,hospitality, and exceptions showed major contributions to students' satisfaction at UPNM. Whereas, the factor of safekeeping gave small effect. This study is significant as it provides a platform for other researchers in the area of quality in supplementary services to continue to do research on this area and provide more empirical evidence evidence to improve students level to sataisfaction in universities.
