JOB SATISFACTION AMONG LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER OF DOMESTIC TRADE, COOPERATIVE AND CONSUMERISM (MDTCC) OFFICE, KUALA LUMPUR BRANCH


Job is a group of positions which involves essentially the same duties, responsibility, skill and knowledge. Job satisfaction is an important attribute which organizations desire of their employees. Most of the existing  research on job satisfaction comes from the business sector. Many findings are clearly applicable to the government agencies. Government is under increasing pressure to apply business practices to improve government performance. Are enforcement officer of MTDCC satisfied with their job? If not, what are the factors contributed to it. Based on this purposed this research has been conducted to answer the questions. Questionnaires will be distributed to the MTDCC law enforcement officers Kuala Lumpur branch to get feedback and secondary data will be used to gain more information about this research.

DiTIS is a short form of FSPPP’s Dissertations and Theses Inventory System. Since the establishment of FSPPP, the faculty has produced volumes of post-graduate and undergraduate dissertations and/or theses. Therefore, there is a dire need to establish a database to manage these high volumes of dissertations and theses.
