This study focuses on employee’s perception toward corporate sustainability’s achievement of the oil and gas companies in Malaysia. The purpose of the study is to examine the level of performance of the companies if they are doing corporate sustainability in their companies. Moreover, this study also seeks to examine the relationship between the economic, social and environmental aspects against the performance of the company. The study also examines the main corporate sustainability’s dimensions that influence the performance of the company. This study used cluster sampling technique in distributing the questionnaire. The sample size for this study was 170 respondents. Based on the descriptive analysis emphasized on mean and standard deviation, it exhibited that the level of the performance of the company is high when they are doing corporate sustainability. The findings of this study indicated that all the three factors; economic, social and environmental, showed significant relationship towards the performance of the company where (p<0.05). The economy was the main factor influencing the performance of the company (β =0.492, t=6.955, p<0.01). Meanwhile, the social aspect gave less contribution to the performance of the company. Finally, it is recommended that the company establishes a long- term plan in running their business and it is urged to analyze and prioritize the demand of the stakeholders of the company. Thus, it is expected that this effort can help increase the level of the performance of the oil and gas company in the future.
