This study focuses on the Relationship of corporate sustainability practices and company performance of Public Listed Companies in Malaysia. For this study, there are three objectives, which are to examine the level of company performance and also to examine the relationship between sustainability practices (economy, social, and environment) and company performance. The study also aims to determine the main sustainability practice that affects company performance. In order to collect the data of the respondents, systematic technique was used in distributing the questionnaire and 150 respondents as the sample size for this study. Based on the descriptive analysis emphasized on mean and standard deviation, it exhibited that the level of company performance is at a high level. The other findings of this study shows that all the three independent variables namely, economy, social and environmental shows statistically significant and high degree of correlation with the company performance where (p<0.01). Economy was the major contribution in enhancing company performance (β = 0.481, t=6.503, p<0.01). Finally, it is recommended for the company to lead the organizational change in order to enhance company performance by institute fair compensation, and look on the company‟s value not just focus on financial. In addition, it is recommended for the company to identify stakeholders and their stakes in order to continue goodwill and support. Lastly, the company is recommended to work with innovative business association to build a community of business leaders who have demonstrated concern on social issues, and strengthen the credibility initiatives.
