Stakeholder management is worried about effectively and successfully dealing with these imperative connections. Stakeholder management is a vital part of any project. Most projects voluntarily include numerous shareholders, and every one conceivably can accelerate, back off or totally block progress of the project. Stakeholders may not be in the driving seat, but rather they can be to a great degree helpful advocates, sponsors and agents of progress. Solid client connections, conferred representatives and effective associations with providers, shareholders and other stakeholder bunches characterize the champs in today's worldwide economy. To accomplish feasible stakeholder connections, associations need to first characterize who their key stakeholders are while also arrange the usage of a stakeholder management framework. The purpose of the study was to identify the critical success factors of internal stakeholder management in construction industry in Malaysian Public Listed Companies. There were three factors that might affect stakeholder management which are stakeholder estimation, decision making and sustainable support. A set of questionnaire was distributed to 322 managers in construction industry in Malaysian Public Listed Companies as population of this study. Based on the findings, it showed that there is positive relationship between stakeholder estimation, decision making and sustainable support in stakeholder management. Hence, between these three factors, stakeholder estimation, decision making and sustainable support, the main influential critical success factor is stakeholder estimation. This study also proposed a future research for stakeholder management.
