In recent years companies encounter many problems in regard of their pool of talents including difficulty to attract and retain the top talent to join the company and thus should be consider as a challenge to companies as this can affect the company’s competitive edge. The organizations in Malaysia also experience similar problem due to the war of talents. The purpose of this study is to investigate the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a factor that helps to increase the organizational attractiveness and which CSR dimension; employee relations, environmental activities, community relations, product sustainability and diversity activities is the most influence from the view of potential job candidates that can helps to increase the attractiveness of the organization. This research is based on the data obtained from a survey questionnaire using 5-Likert Scale and was distributed to the final semester master degree students in UiTM Shah Alam campus as they are the potential job candidates. The data was retrieved by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The result shows that variables which are environmental activities and community relations have positive relationship to increase organizational attractiveness. Whereas employee relations, product sustainability and diversity activities has no positive relationship to increase the organizational attractiveness on employment. Moreover, the result also shows that the environmental activities have the most influence on the organizational attractiveness on employment.
