SEXUAL HARASSMENT GENERALLY REFERS TO CONDUCT WHICH DELIBERATELY OR OTHERWISE, IS HOSTILE, THREATENING, INTIMIDATING, DEMEANING, AND OFFENSIVE TO THE RECIPIENT OR OTHERS THAT CAUSES FEAR, APPREHENSION, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS AND UNREASONABLY INTERFERES WITH AN INDIVIDUAL WORK PERFORMANCE, SOCIAL INTERACTIONS AND PEACE OF MIND (SYED RAZA, 2009). THE AIM OF THIS STUDY IS TO IDENTIFY THE LEVEL OF AWARENESS AMONG STUDENTS ON SEXUAL HARASSMENT IN UITM, UNISEL AND MSU, TO EXAMINE THE RELATIONSHIP OF KNOWLEDGE, REALITY AND LEARNING TOWARDS THE EXPERIENCE OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT, AND TO DETERMINE THE MODERATING EFFECT OF LEVEL OF STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP OF AWARENESS AND EXPERIENCE OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT. USING A QUANTITATIVE APPROACH, 3 UNIVERSITIES WERE USED AS THE SCOPE OF THE STUDY. FROM THERE, 386 QUESTIONNAIRES WERE DISTRIBUTED TO THE RESPONDENTS USING CONVENIENCE SAMPLING. THE RETURNED RESPONSES WERE 100%. FROM THE MEAN RESULT, THE FINDINGS REVEALED THAT THE LEVEL OF AWARENESS AMONG UNIVERSITY STUDENTS TOWARDS SEXUAL HARASSMENT IS MODERATE (MEAN = 3.0771). FROM THE CORRELATION TEST, THE FINDINGS REVEALED THAT THERE IS SIGNIFICANT VALUE BETWEEN KNOWLEDGE AND GENDER HARASSMENT WITH THE VALUE OF, p = 0.030, (p < 0.05), REALITY AND GENDER HARASSMENT VALUE OF p = 0.000, (p < 0.05), REALITY AND UNWANTED SEXUAL ATTENTION WITH THE VALUE OF p = 0.213, (p < 0.05), LEARNING AND GENDER HARASSMENT VALUE OF p = 0.042, (P < 0.05), LEARNING AND UNWANTED SEXUAL ATTENTION AS THE p = 0.000, (p , 0.05), AND BETWEEN LEARNING AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT WHICH IS p = 0.000, (P < 0.05). MOREOVER, THE FINDINGS DEMONSTRATE THAT THE LEVEL OF STUDY DOES MODERATE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN AWARENESS UNDER THE DIMENSION OF REALITY AND EXPERIENCE OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT SPECIFICALLY ON SEXUAL COERCION AS THE p VALUE OF THE RESULT IS LESS THAN 0.05, p = 0.0365. IT CAN BE CONCLUDE THAT THE LEVEL OF AWARENESS OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS TOWARDS SEXUAL HARASSMENT IS STILL MODERATE LEVEL AND THERE IS RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE AWARENESS AND EXPERIENCE OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT.
