The BR1M assistance is a cash assistance provided by Malaysia Government to the poor people in Malaysia. The purpose of BR1M be established is to sustain family household income and addressing high living cost. Although BR1M implementation already exceeding 5 years, there is no information or knowledge whether the beneficiaries really satisfy with the program especially to the Malay and resided in urban area. Therefore, this research is aimed to study the satisfaction level of Urban Malay Poor household toward BR1M. it is important to investigate the effectiveness of BR1M on family size and addressing high living cost that lead to the satisfaction level. This study was held at PPRT Seri Pantai, Kuala Lumpur. The survey was conducted using questionnaire and the results from the survey allow the researcher to examine the satisfaction level of BR1M beneficiaries, the relationship between effectiveness and satisfaction level, the most contribution factor toward satisfaction level and moderating effect of amount received towards effectiveness of BR1M and satisfaction level.
