The purpose of this study is to study the teachers’ perception towards the roles of School Improvement Specialist Coach (SISC+) in guiding teachers’ pedagogical implementation in the classroom, in guiding teachers’ Professional Learning Communities and in guiding teachers to implement Ministry of Education Program among Malay Language Teachers in Kinta Selatan District. This research will be based on 167 Malay language teachers from Kinta Selatan District, Perak. SPSS Statistic 21 was used in this scope of study for data analysis methodology. The findings show that the Malay Language Teachers gave positive perception towards School Improvement Specialist Coach (SISC+) pedagogical guidance, Professional Learning Communities guidance and implementation of Ministry of Education programs guidance. This study will help to enhance the understanding regarding what is the perception of Malay Language Teachers in Kinta Selatan District towards School Improvement Specialist (SISC+). This study also will have to improve further this policy for a better implementation.
