THIS STUDY WAS CONDUCTED TO EXAMINE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN UTAUT VARIABLES WHICH ARE PERFORMANCE EXPECTANCY, EFFORT EXPECTANCY, SOCIAL INFLUENCE AND FACILITATING CONDITION TOWARDS BEHAVIORAL INTENTION OF THE CIVIL SERVANTS WORKING AT MINISTRY OF ENERGY, GREEN TECHNOLOGY AND WATER (KETHHA). PREVIOUSLY, THERE IS NO STUDY FOCUSING ON THE UTAUT VARIABLES INFLUENCES ON BEHAVIORAL INTENTION OF THE USER TO USE THE EPSA SYSTEM ASIDES FROM A STUDY DONE BY NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION (INTAN) IN YEAR 2010 BY USING THE TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAMS). THE AIM OF THIS RESEARCH IS TO IDENTIFY WHAT ARE THE FACTORS THAT LEADS TO THE BEHAVIORAL INTENTION OF THE CIVIL SERVANT TO USE THE EPSA SYSTEM BY ANALYZING THE CORRELATION BETWEEN UTAUT VARIABLES AND BEHAVIORAL INTENTION AND WHETHER AGE ACT AS A MODERATOR THAT STRENGTHEN THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE INDEPENDENT VARIABLES AND THE DEPENDENT VARIABLE. THE DATA WERE COLLECTED BY QUESTIONNAIRES AND THE RESULTS WERE ANALYZED WITH SPSS SOFTWARE. ANALYSIS OBTAINED FROM PERSON CORRELATION AND MULTIPLE REGRESSION. THE PEARSON CORRELATION IS TO EXAMINE THE RELATIONSHIP OF FOUR INDEPENDENT VARIABLES AND MULTIPLE REGRESSION AND THE RESULTS SHOWS THAT PERFORMANCE EXPECTANCY, EFFORT EXPECTANCY AND SOCIAL INFLUENCE HAVE A POSITIVE CORRELATION TOWARDS BEHAVIORAL INTENTION OF THE CIVIL SERVANTS TO USE THE EPSA SYSTEM. BUT, THE RESULTS ALSO SHOWS THAT AGE DOES NOT MODERATE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PERFORMANCE EXPECTANCY, EFFORT EXPECTANCY, AND SOCIAL INFLUENCE TOWARDS BEHAVIORAL INTENTION OF THE CIVIL SERVANTS TO USE THE EPSA SYSTEM.
