The issue of sexual harassment in the working world always has been discussed throughout the years and Malaysian workforce also not been spared from this issue. This study aimed to examine the employees' perception on sexual harassment that exists in a workplace focusing on Malaysian Government workers at Public Service Department of Malaysia, Putrajaya. The factors examined are working Environment, Employees' Knowledge about sexual harassment and demographic factors of the employees. Data were collected from 274 employees randomly from all departments in the Public Service Department of Malaysia, Putrajaya. The findings showed that the Working Environment having a significant impact on the employees' perception on sexual harassment exists. Demographic characteristics also play a big role in influencing the employees' perception on sexual harassment that exists at the workplace. However, from the qualitative analysis in the study, the results showed that all the employees are fairly concern about his issue. as for recommendations, the organization should always have programs that can educate their employees about sexual harassment in the workplace. This study hopes to join the ranks of researchers that have been done in the past about sexual harassment in the Malaysian workplace settings.
