For recent years, corporate governance has been favarouble in Malaysia as it could enrich the reputation of the organisation. Whistleblowing is a type of moral decision-making behavior and it has been one of the encouraging positive behaviors scrutinized that leads towards the corporate governance practices within the organisation. However there are some perspective towards whistleblowing that obstruct the employees to blow the whistle. From this principle, this paper seeks to discover the determinants factors of whistleblowing in enhancing corporate governance in the organisations. There were two factors that have been identified in this study which are perceived organisation support and attitudes of individual. A total of one hundred fifty three employees in Malaysian Listed Companies were participated in this survey as population of the study. The finding of the study discovered that there was a good level of corporate governance practices in Malaysian listed companies. Furthermore, there was a significant relationship between the two determinants factors of whistleblowing which are perceived organizational support and attitudes of individuals towards enhancing corporate governance practices in the organisation. Nevertheless, attitude of the employee is the main factor of whistleblowing that has the strongest influence towards the corporate governance practices in Malaysian listed companies. It appears also that roles of gender affect the employees’ intention to whistleblowing and men are more likely to blow the whistle compared to women.
