A revolution of hire driver services in Malaysia by Uber and GrabCar provides a new experience to the public. Public can access the services through Uber and GrabCar application in their smartphones in order to transfer them from one place to another. The easy to download the application and can access via internet will make the public choose the services rather than traditional services. However, the services have make taxi industry feels insecure with their services because the public tend to choose Uber and GrabCar services. This study is conducted in order to access the level of satisfaction and also attempt to know the most influential factor for the public to use Uber and GrabCar in The Klang Valley. Quantitative analyses were carried out and standard SPSS statistical measure was used for this study. The public perception needs to be identify in order to know the existence of Uber and GrabCar will make them use the services. The findings from this study can be use to improve Uber and GrabCar services and give recommendations to related stakeholders in order to address the problem arise.
