The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of working environment factors which is supervisor support, physical workplace environment and performance feedback towards employees’ performance at the Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC), Putrajaya, Malaysia. This study used proportionate sampling technique which involves 210 respondents among the support group employees who work in an open office layout and involved in the clerical and administrative task. This study is intended to determine the significant relationship between workplace environment factors and employees’ performance; the level of employees’ performance; as well as the main significant factor that contributed to the employees’ performance. The findings from this study show that supervisor support and physical workplace environment has significant relationship towards employees’ performance while performance feedback do not have significant relationship towards employees’ performance. The level of employees’ performance in this study is high and the main significant factor that contributed to the employees’ performance in the workplace is physical workplace environment. Thus, in order to create higher performance employees, managers should ensure that the organisation is able to fulfill the needs of the employees to perform their job well by providing a conducive working environment that is capable to enhance employees' morale and at the same time improve their work performance.
