Corporate governance is a structure or framework that is implemented by the companies, used as a guidelines for the company in conducting its business operation. The objectiove of this study is to determine the raltionship beyween busniss ethics (ethical leadership, ethical audit and ethical culture and good corporate governance among public listed companies in malaysia and to identify the level of good corporate governance in the company. The total of 385 questionnaire was distributedto the employees, manager and supervisor of the public company.
