MALAYSIAN YOUTH PERCEPTIONS ON HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS


Human rights violations have been the world phenomenon for a very long time and the damaging effects are even becomes more magnified in today's world. For several decades, researchers have attempted to answers this question only by analysing the political, economic and legal factors. besides, many scholars have been debated the effects of sovereignty, leadership and political will on human rights violations and claimed that it appear to affects states policy-making. However, most of the study in human rights field does not having youth perceptions to be taken into consideration in the past studies.
