Good governance is the concept that is widely used in national governance, international governance, corporate governance and local governance. This concept is involved in the process of making decision which will make interaction more effective. Therefore, objective of this study is to find out the determinant of good governance at the local level which focuses on local government in district of Melaka Tengah. This study will find out whether there is a significant relationship between (public involvement, adequate ICT infrastructure and access to information) on good governance at the local level. In order to collect the data about this research, questionnaire is distributed among the public in Bukit Katil, Malacca. This enables the researcher to find out whether public regard public involvement, adequate ICT infrastructure and access to information will lead to good governance at the local level. The questionnaire is distributed randomly among citizen in Bukit Katil, Malacca. There were 170 of respondent randomly be selected to involved this study. Based on the finding, there is significant relationship between (public involvement, adequate ICT infrastructure and access to information) on good governance at the local level. In this study also access to information is the most dominant factor that affects good governance at the local level. Therefore, introduce Right to Information Act and provide ICT tool for E-Governance is recommend to this study.
