In today's business environment, human capital become one of the most important resource for the company. This study focuses on the relationship between human capital investment and company performance among Company Secretarrial Firms in Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Four independent variables in human capital investment (training,education, knowledge and skills) were derived from literature review and supported by Human Capital Theory and Resource Based View Theory. Basically, from the finding this study had met all three research objectives. this is quantitative study, 226 respondents had participated to answer the questionnaire and in order to get the finding this study, the research had used SPSS version 22.0.
