Organizational Citizenship Behaviour is hailed by numerous scholars and researchers as the primary catalyst that lead to an enhancement in the functioning of the organization. The set of attributes derived by OCB had induced a higher portrayal of performance and productivity by the committed employees. The purpose of this paper is to determine the existence of OCB as well as the factors involved contribute to OCB. The study had involved 254 respondents comprises of employees in PKNS Shah Alam. The peak performance displayed by PKNS, had created the curiosity, attention in seeking the OCB’s presence and the potential variables that may have associated with it. Distribution of established questionnaires has been widely adopted. The conducted data analytical process had encompassed the execution of reliability test, validity test, correlation test and multiple regression analysis. The findings show that the tested factors namely altruism, conscientiousness and civic virtue had all associate positively with OCB. This study also enlists several recommendations for future research.
