The raising trend of exploitation of the information technology was massively occurred across the global in changing the lifestyle of the world. The implementation of e-services application in Malaysia can be highlighted in improving the service delivery and increase the communication system in Malaysia. The success of e-services was depending on government support as well as on how to the users’ satisfaction influencing the adoption of e-services in Malaysia. Based on previous research exploring, this research was adopted the UTAUT model to investigate the factors that influence users’ satisfaction on e-services. Thus, this research examines on level of users’ satisfaction on e-services would be affected by performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions from standpoint of e-services users that would be primary respondents along the study process since they are the one who directly used the e-services especially in their daily life. This research was used quantitative method and purposive sampling technique had been used by taking a sample of 370 respondents from e-services users who already registered with Shah Alam City Council because they are the one who used the e-services offered by Shah Alam City Council. In analysing the findings, researcher used descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation as well as multiple regression by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The result shows that there is positive relationship between performance expectancy and effort expectancy towards users’ satisfaction on e-services. Meanwhile, there are negative relationship between social influence and facilitating conditions towards users’ satisfaction on e-services. This study also provides some recommendations for the improvements in the future research.
