Ethical issue is arising nowadays despite of many efforts to prevent unethical conducts. Even though guidelines and policies are presented, ethical issues keep on arising. The numbers of cases have been increasing from year to year and what makes it more upsetting is that most of the convicted individuals are consist of young people. The integrity of the youth has been faded away and it is really worrisome. Malaysia needs to have adequate people with ethical awareness and ethics education. When an individual faces complex ethical issues, they tend to be dilemma and not knowing how to make decision ethically. Thus, in order to analyze ethical behaviour of the individual, it is important to have a great understanding of the factors first. This study is focuses on the perception of corporate administration students towards ethical decision making and examines the influence of four factors; maturity level, gender, education level and individual personality towards such perception. This study also aims to identify the most significant factor that influences the students’ perception towards ethical decision making. Findings show that there is a moderate level of perception with regard to ethical decision making by corporate administration students in Malaysian universities. Further, findings also reveal that there are positive relationships between influential factors (maturity level, gender and individual personality) and students’ perception towards ethical decision making. While there is no relationship between education level and students’ perception towards ethical decision making. From this study, it was found that the most significant factor that influences students’ perception towards ethical decision making is the maturity level.
