This study was conducted at Maybank branches in Johor Bahru (City Square & Jalan Segget). The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention: mediates by organizational commitment. The relationship was determined using correlation and regression analysis. The results showed that all the hypothesis are supported and the objectives were achieved. Job satisfaction is positively related to organizational commitment and negatively affects turnover intention. Whereas, organizational commitment is negatively related to turnover intention. Therefore, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention do correlate with each other.
