This study investigates factors influence employee level of integrity: A study at UMW Toyota Motors. The five (5) main objectives of this study are: to examine the level of employee integrity, to examine the relationship between individual organisational and situational factors with level of integrity and to determine which factor most influence the integrity level of employees. There are three (3) variables identified as the predictor, namely organisational and situational factors were derived from literature reviews. In order to collect the data, questionnaires were distributed to all employees of UMW Toyota. There were about 137 respondents responded to the questionnaire. Data collected then were analyze using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22.0. Based on the value of mean and standard deviation, it showed that the level of integrity was at a high level. The finding of the study concluded that the level of integrity among UMW Toyota is high. While the regression analysis showed that situation factors have significant and positively associate with level of integrity. The result indicated that situational factors such as peer pressure, financial distress, leadership influence and ethical norms at workplace affected the integrity level of employee. However, the remaining factors namely, individual and organizational factors have no significant impact on the level of integrity. The finding of the study is important because it revealed the reasons as to why employees choose to act or behave ethically or unethically. The situational factors identified may help the top management to set up a policy and procedure that discourage unethical behavior that can become unhealthy culture in an organisation.
