This study was developed to explore the correlations between organizational commitments and organizational justice. In this context, organizational justice covers three (3) major classifications; procedural, distributive and interactional justice. Organizational commitments encompass the elements of affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. Administrator of University Teknologi MARA UiTM Shah Alam serves as a unit of analysis that has been divided into two (2) groups; First the Management and Professional and second, the Supporting Staff in view to determine whether the level of position contributes towards commitment as a result of justice practices and perceptions of fairness. A quantitative approach was applied to determine the degree of relationship between upholding justice and commitment within an organizational setting. Data was processed and analyse through SPSS version 22 and subsequently analysed. 263 non-academic administrators in UiTM Shah Alam responded to the questionnaires. The study confirms the correlational relationship between Organizational Justice and Organizational Commitment components and further illustrates the interchangeably of commitment among employees based on the perception of justice practices in the organization. The most dominant justice component is Procedural Justice that influences Affective Commitment and Continuance Commitment, while Distributive Justice highly impacted Normative Commitment among non-academic administrator in UiTM Shah Alam.
