Work Family Balance (WFB) is defined as a term that refers to an individual experiencing positive and at equilibrium relationship between work and family role. lecturer are among the profession that experienced more problem in maintaining effective work family balance. therefore, this study aimed to explore the factors that affect work family balance among the lecturer. Demographic profiles such as gender, age group, academic rank and total monthly income are selected. the total number of respondents were n=190 for a rate of 80 percent. Finding showed that there were several variables which directly affect the work life balance and vice versa. The findings proved that factors that affect work family balance among lecturers were family and spouse support, work overload and total monthly income. Where else the gender and the number of children were not contributing factors towards the work family balance. the findings of this study will help to understands the affect of work life family with the independent variables such as family and spouse support, work overload, total monthly income, gender and number of children.
