This study was conducted to determine the perception study on factors influence on
unemployment among fresh graduates in Malaysia. The factors observed in this study were
education level, graduate attributes, employability skills, and job mismatch. In this study, the
research objective is to identify the relationship between all the factors that influence
unemployment among fresh graduates in Malaysia. By utilizing Convenience Sampling and
Quantitative Sampling method, a total of 300 respondents were given a set of questionnaires
via online and need to be answered. Basically, the respondents are the students from UiTM
Seremban 3 and Malaysian public. By using IBM SPSS Statistics 25, all the feedback and
response from the respondents will be broken down in order to study the relationship between
these four factors influence unemployment among fresh graduates in Malaysia. All of the
factors mentioned above was found to have a positive significant relationship with the
perception on unemployment among fresh graduates in Malaysia. Based on the research
findings, the most influential factor on unemployment among fresh graduates is job mismatch.
