Public transport is the facilities that introduced by government to help people
move from place to another place. Every people have difference satisfaction level
regarding the quality of services, comfortability and safety and security toward public
transport. Therefore, this research was conducted to examine the satisfaction level among
users regarding public transport. This study was conducted using purposive sampling
techniques and about more than 300 students from Faculty of Administrative Science &
Policy Studies in UiTM, Campus Seremban 3 had answered the questionnaires. The study
results suggest several improvements to help increasing the satisfaction level. However,
the factor that influence public transport’s users has shown positive result toward
satisfaction level.
