Pandemic covid-19 affects the business sector to continue their business. Therefore, this
paper aims to examine how the Micro-SME keep their business survive during this
pandemic covid-19 crisis. The researcher also wants to examine whether business
digitalization and government intervention stimulus package may influence Micro-SME
business survival. This study method is primary sources which are based on data that has
been collected by the questionnaire. The survey has been distributed to 198 Micro-SME
entrepreneur in Pontian, Johor. The study revealed that the independent variable which are
Business digitalization (r= 0.534**, p= 0.000) and government intervention stimulus
package (r= 0.638**, p= 0.000) are influenced by the dependent variable which is business
survival Since the study is limited to examine how the Micro-SME keep their business
survive during pandemic covid-19 crisis, it is recommended that future study could explore
improvement of the questionnaire, focus on sample specification and the implementation
of direct survey.
