The area of students' satisfaction becomes a main concern for all education providers since their satisfaction gives an impact to the university's image. the study aimed to examines four major factors that lead to the students' satisfaction towards the quality of service provided by arshad ayub graduate business school (AAGBS) University teknologi mara, shah alam, selangor. The four major factors identified were quality of program, quality of lecturers, quality of facilities and quality of support staff. A number of 302 respondents were selected from the three programs available at AAGBS namely MBA,MBE and MIBF. Surprisingly, the students defined that all the factors lead to their satisfaction. the quality of facilities and quality of support staff showed the major contribution to their satisfaction whereas the quality of lecturer and quality of program gave small effect to their satisfaction. As for recommendations, facilities at AAGBS should be improved and the support staff should be given training in customer service. this study is significant as it provides a platform for other researchers in the area of quality service to continue to do research on this area and provide more empirical evidence to improve students' level of satisfaction in universities.
