The
study examined the relationship between level of satisfaction, organization
commitment and organization culture of RHB-Easy Bank employees and their
intentions to leave the organization. The study used structural questionnaires
to be answered by the employees of RHB-Easy Bank. A total of 142 responses were
received for a response rate of 100 percent. The responses from the sample are
used to test the hypothesis that job satisfaction, organization commitment and
organization culture will correlate with their turnover intentions. The results
indicated that there were significant relationship between job satisfaction,
organization commitment and turnover intentions. For organization culture, the
significant relationship with turnover intention is equally important. The
findings of this study will help in terms of understanding the state of turnover
intention and its relationship with job satisfaction, organization commitment and
organization culture. It is hoped that the findings of this study would add to
a larger body of studies of job satisfaction, organization commitment and
organization culture with the turnover intention of employees in the banking
institutions.
