FINANCIAL WELLNESS AND QUALITY OF LIFE AMONG YOUNG EMPLOYEE IN MAJLIS PERBANDARAN KLANG


The purpose of this study is to measure the level of financial wellness and quality of life. The financial satisfaction, financial behavior and subjective perception can be indicator to financial wellness. The quality of life can be measure by many factors that can give influence to the level of quality of life. This study applied the theory and adapted in the conceptual framework. 260 of respondent involve in this study. This research uses the quantitative approach where the questionnaires were distributed to the target group. SPSS Version 22 is used to analyze the data collection. These findings recognize the level of financial wellness is moderate meanwhile the level of quality of life is high. All variables have significant relation with the quality of life and the subjective perception has most effect to the quality of life.
