COMMUNITY ATTITUDES TOWARDS FLOOD PREPAREDNESS IN KELANTAN


This study aims to examine the community attitude towards flood preparedness in Kelantan. The study used the context of flood preparedness of the Kelantan states community using questionnaire as method of data collection tool. The findings of the study emphasize that education play important role to determine the community preparedness. Level of awareness and demographic profiles do not influence the attitude of the community towards flood preparedness. The paper focuses on the community attitude and the determinant that influence them towards flood preparedness
